Congrats!

Ok...Let'* get the stuff ordered.

Big tool box
Compressor
Air tools
tools
Did someone say tools?
Shelving
Workbench

BTW...good luck ever having a minute to yourself. Home'* take tons of time.

Forget the snowblower...you've seen the correct way to clean a driveway....and it doesn't have anything to do with walking behind a machine.

Second, there'* an aqueduct right near my house with over 50 miles of trails and preserves. Mrs. Mortehl and I have grown rather attached to walking and biking on it. We want to be close to it. Right now we need to walk accross it to get to where our cars are parked, but the new place is a couple blocks from another section of the trail. Best of both worlds.

I can't believe i didn't notice this new development sooner. There'* 4 new homes being put up. We claimed the one that most represented both of our desires. Hers that there is space for an English garden, plus space in the back for an herb garden. Mine for space where I can park baby for the winter, plus leave the beater out.
Luckily, we're not quite that picky. We want a 2 bedroom (minimum) house we can afford primarily. But, we also want a decent yard where The Missus can garden (flowers and veggies), and I can grill and hopefully soon actually barbeque. I want a 2 car garage with a driveway.

Oh, and Nate can tell you about this one, a decent sized bathroom....

Sounds like you have our dream home, but it also sounds like you have a better budget.

Its a long story, but I basically slaved for a number of years taking a minimal salary while we started the business and socked away cash in investments. We were supposed to make this move 2 years ago, but certain issues in our personal life prevented it. But, hell the time is there

And yeah Bill, I have lots of stuff to buy at Sears.

We can't even move into the place for 2 months and even then there'* another 3 weeks of semi construction once we're in. The timing couldn't be better. I should be settled in by the beginning of July which means I can run away and destress in California at the end of July.
