Default Emergency 6X9 mounting help....pleeeeeeeeeeeease

And yes I know this belongs in "Audio", but we're working on it right now and are hoping someone will notice this quickly (mods and admins, feel free to move this).
We're mounting new Sony 6X9s for the first time and we're trying to figure out how to connect them to the system. Our old Bose speakers have a little outlet on them to plug the wires into, but these don't...do we have to cut the wires coming from the system or is there another way?

Obviously I know nothing about this so speak to me like I'm 5 okay? :P

Yay! They're in and they sound great! And thanks so much Taylor for the help...I was freaking 'til you let me know I was on the right track (I hate the idea of cutting wires anywhere near my car :P ...good to know that in that case it'* okay ).

Oh, and I never see my system getting anywhere close to Taylor'* so no worries.

Woohoo! I'm gonna go sit in my car and listen to music.

Oh, and I love the way Jim rubs the fact that I haven't gotten it fixed yet in my face ...I'm not going to jump the gun and pay the deductable until I know the other guy'* insurance is going to pay...if necessary, we sue. So, again, thanks Jimbo .
