Nice just sold my ol 9300 last week to build a core duo desktop ...dell makes good stuff once ya clear the hdd of all the crud they stick on there... :P

Speaking of which...I did notice that they put a lot of crap on there, including all kinds of sticky icons and programs trying to sell products and services. Any advice as to how I can best get rid of all that crud permanently?

Yeah, reformat it before you put your own stuff on. My "All Programs" menu went from two panes to half a pane when I reformatted. My computer runs much faster when it works.

I've got the e1505 also, I like it alot. had it since august. yours is totally loaded though sounds like. haven't had any problems with mine since i've owned it.

Yeah, I got such a good discount deal that I spent the difference in upgrades. I have yet to find a case where I bought "too much computer".
