I had Smirnoff last night. It was 100 proof.
Every good bartender knows that the optimum ratio mix is 4 parts mix with 1 part 80 proof (40% alcohol).......with 100 proof (50% alcohol) you should go 5:1 ratio. Slides down a whole lot smoother.
Take it from someone who has been drinking for 35 years.

Hey Jim, for a chick drink you should try a California Cocaine. Two of these done up properly will knock you flat on your a**. I admit it'* pretty rare that they get mixed up right.
Ingredients are:
Blue Carracho (<-- I'm usually drunk when I see how it'* spelled)
Malibu
Southern Comfort
OJ or Pineapple juice
and something else that is slipping my memory at the moment.
Now that is smooth, and you'll need a tall glass because with the color (blue-green) all the girls say "Can I have a sip -I wanna sip" with a sly smile.

Here is the ultimate party drink (but you need about five people to share it with)
ROCKET FUEL
1 26 of rye (or whiskey for you fellers down south)
1 24 of beer (you may need more if its american been )
9 cans of juice concentrate (the tins of juice)
Mix it all up in a huge jug (preferably a gatorade container) and it will taste only like what ever juice concentrate you chose and it knocks you on your ***

hmmmmmm....wow....everclear gives me a sore throat....and there must be a difference between rye and other whisky....because usually i don't like whiskey but I liked CC....rum in a white bottle?...do you mean Malibu?
