At least the ones here. They don't spend a lot of time on thier hiring process... (Again, the ones here! Not talkin' about you!) I seem to get much better help when needed at Home Depot, which is also where I got my Dremel. About 80 bucks or so with the extra toys. Flex Shat, blade sharpener, circle cutter, etc...

Yeah i don't think menards has the best staff normally. Home Depot is better IMHO.

Wait didn't my Ex work at Menards this summer?

There was a menards in racine, wi when i lived in kenosha, wi all i remember about it was the dirty floors and over stocked shelves, but that was.... 7 or so years ago now.
