Co-operation and compliance would be very appreciated.

Happy?

FYI Bill, I probably would have never seen that. The little thing next to notice wasn't orange, and even if it was I probably wouldn't have seen it. Probably the only thing that would bring my attention to the notice section is like a little box like the PM received window that comes up.

I saw the NOTICE because I was expecting it. He said, earlier this week, that it would be announced soon. Of course he KNEW that it would get more attention if he told people NOT to read it, lol. Human nature...

You know, I have seen this elsewhere in the past and it DOES command more attention, but I also think it'* only a small responsibility asked of us to make a point of looking in the NOTICE section each time we log in.

There is alot of information in NOTICE. It'* all good to read, but from a practical sense, make a habit of occasionally looking at at least the top 5 to look for changes.

Can we sticky that Notice?? (not that way, ya perv!!!) Each time I've decided to change sig pics, I've had to hunt for the previous notice with the old rules.

Granted, it ain't that hard to find, but if the most up to date rule could stay up top, it'd be easier to find and comply to.

Yes. I'm that freakin' lazy!!!
