I think this is . Yeah he said it. No, he shouldn't have. But c'mon. It seems to me she is just giving herself a bad name for pursuing this. I am sure others will join too.
Personally I feel the Attorney should be smacked for even taking this case.
It'* a sad world we live in.
Don Imus is facing his first lawsuit from a player on the Rutgers Women'* Basketball team for derogatory comments that cost him his job as a radio host in April, ABC News has learned.

I am glad to see she went through with it. He is a narrow minded racist, and he deserves to be sued. He took a chance of what he said, he said it, and now he has to face the consequences. Honestly, I praise her for suing him. The point is here he called out the black girls on the team, and made a racist remark. Hopefully all the black girls on the team join in with her on the lawsuit.

Obviously it was wrong for him to make racist comments, but come on. Sticks and stones, people. He didn't make any accusations or make up any lies about the players.

I am not saying he was "right" for what he said, but sueing him is outrageous. Another ****ing lawyer trying to make a name. I'm sorry guys, but unless he was saying something to cause the suer to lose revenue, money, or any other form of value, this should(needs) fall through. If this lawsuit succeeds, I'm going to go back through my early years and sue every individual that ever called me a name I didn't like....
