That would be a yes here in The Great State of Oregon. It truly suck IMO. The cops will sit out side of PIR (Portland International Raceway) after the drags to bust people that took them off for the night races, or day for that matter.

Yeah, we have to have them.... but in my city the cops are REALLY leanient. I've been clocked going 10 over before and never even followed. :knocks on wood: Tons of ricers drive with blue and red neons all lit up on public roads....

They do here in Texas, But it'* not really enforced, I've had the 93 since August and I still haven't mounted my front plate....

in KY thats a negative... I have a license-free-front-end .. but 5 mins to my north in Ohio they req it
