Being a truck driver I always prefer to back into my spots. Easier to get out, espeacialy if you need to make a quick getaway. But this isn't about my driving habits.
How old would you say this "woman" is?

She seemed to be about 30yrs old.
If I leave a note, she'* going to know who left it because Jen and I were the only ones who saw it.
I think I'm just going to talk to my landlord about it.

I agree that at the time would have been the best time to offer advice or aid. As that moment is gone, how well do you know this lady? Do you generally speak to each other? If so, just strike up a casual conversation, and eventually get to "Oh, by the way, I noticed..." If not, maybe another "at the time" moment will arrive. I'm not sure I'd suggest getting the landlord involved. I'd say either talk to her directly, or just let it go. IMHO
