Not to hijack the thread but my uncle past away about 10years ago and a few times every year we throw a few BBQs at my aunt'* where he used to live. & one BBQ every year we always get smoky outlines of what looks like a person in our photos, just other odd things in the pictures. We like to think it'* my uncle coming by to hang with the family and watch over us. One photo from last year my dad got had what looked like a ghost siting in a chair by a picnic table.
I wanna see those pics.

The house I sold 2 years ago was haunted. My ex-wife and both kids know it from experience, as I do too. I have stories that'll raise the hair on your neck. We'll save 'em for the WCBF campfires.

I do. My dad'* friend lives in a apartment complex that was built in the 70'*. For some odd reason, he sees light orbs and shadow'* that look like a cat on a daily basis. I too have seen them and I am scared of ghosts. I saw the shadow of the cat and nearly went through the wall from running.

i love this kind of stuff. only real encounters for me were the 'cold spots' at a friends' house and i paid an illegal visit to Livermore Cemetary once (where the original night of the living dead was filmed)

I like to watch Ghost Hunters and they can usually explain away things like this. I think it is just a fluke with the camera, the flash, or something along those lines. Cool pictures though!!

Me too, I love being scared shitless. I know there'* an asylum that is super haunted in Ohio, I think it was in Athens. My cousins went there once, one of my cousin who is 6'2, weighs about 250 and can bench twice his weight REFUSED to get out of the car and my two other cousins got out and ran back to the car in 10 mins and floored it out of there. Spooky, maybe I can escort the July meet there.

I've stayed in several places that are haunted. My old apartment in Pensacola had several entities, and had a really nasty spirit in a house I rented in Edgewater FL. My ex girlfriend even brought in a priest to bless the house, and as soon as he walked in, he stopped and had this look on his face. He did his blessing and such, and when we got to his car, he pulled us both near him and said "This is only temporary. You're gonna need something stronger than what I just did". Long story short, I don't know whats going on in that house now. A week after the blessing we split for good. Maybe it was HER??

Anyways, I expected this kind of feedback. I keep an open mind on ANYTHING, and maybe what was captured IS a flare or a speck, MAYBE it isn't. St. Augustine is a hotspot for this sort of activity and such, so who knows? Next time I go, it will be at night when there is more opportunity.

I never really did believe anything like this until one day it was just my brother, mom and I at our house. We were in the kitchen making something to eat, and talking, when we heard loud pounding on the stairs from the basement that quickly made their way up the stairs and once they reached the top, the basement door slammed shut, then we heard bangs coming from the basement. We quickly ran and flew the basement door open and it was completely dark down there, and there was no one down there at all.. It definately freaked us out.
