Just because someone hasn't shecked every print doesn't mean it aint right. I wonder how many times the cops have matched more then one to a crime. To get on topic, it'* all good. Sometimes people get insulted by what they read no matter the intention of the poet.

some people are dumb, some people are smart. I have learned to ignore the dumb ones.. If someone can't appreciate some of the knowledge you uphold, then obviously they have a problem, because you think about stuff that some people don't even think about thinking about.. something like a woman, but on manly subjects .

In this world, there are those that ARE smart, and those that THINK they are smart. It usually doesn't take too long to figure out the difference.

I've thought on these kind of philisophical topics in the past quite a bit. I think the happy medium is to realize what you know, and back it up to those who question you with believable, hard facts. And when you DON'T know something, find out who DOES know (which can sometimes be the hardest part :? ) And shut the **** up and listen to them Of course, with my personality, I still think it'* good to err on the side of humility Nothing worse than puffing out your chest and proclaming your correctness on a matter, only to have someone prove you're dead wrong. Nothing is for certain; don't act like there'* something that is I find that, on alot of subjects, my common sense can be my best ally in figuring something out. I regularly have conversations with a friend of mine about complex business theories and topics. He'* taken a whole slew of marketing and business courses; I took Economics in high school, and hated it, got a B :P But he says that 90% of my arguments are spot-on. I don't mean to brag, but it can give one a big head. Hey, I've just been lucky so far, I guess But the trick is to know when you don't know what you're talking about, and then turn on the ears and turn off the mouth. And on that front, I think I'm doing okay So keep on with the "controversial" posts, DrJay; I always do my best to give credit where credit is due, and I'll show you the same courtesy

I am usually wrong about things so I find that I am more skeptical than most people. I don't take things at face value anymore. I am not one to believe everything I hear unless I am given provable facts. There are too many people (especially on tv) spouting off about stuff they wouldn't even know the real concept of if it bit them on the behind. At least I am not afraid to admit that I make mistakes all the time. I'm human, that'* my job it'* what I'm here to do.

My thoughts exactly...I guess whoever it is doesn't want to talk it out so I guess I'll leave it at that. If I offended someone here I probably didn't mean it but if we can't discuss it or you can't explain it it'll probably happen again :?

Thanks for the replies so far guys (aaand girrrrls)
