I have had a change of mind (Prone to that, a person who can't change his mind when the situation calls for it is lost) I am seeing some really professional designs come of this and most seem to take care of concerns we had. So, I will be taking what I feel are contenders and making a Poll after all. As long as they fit what we as Owners/Admins want, I feel it only fair to allow the people who use the Forum choose.

If it ends up there are more than 10, I will cull it down to that choosing what I feel is the best. That said no one who offered designs will be left out of the poll.

WOW! Awesomeness!!! I will be taking all of the submissions in this thread and making a Poll somewhere between 10PM and Midnite. I haven't actually counted them all but if it runs over 10 (the Poll limit) I will add the best 10 IMO, making sure everyone who has submitted is represented. Alot o0f great work here guys and The Forum Thanks You for the great effort. Remember that even though one can become the "Official Header" we are planning to run all submissions randomly from time to time so everybody'* work will be used.
