Got my control arms through fedex today. The guy was very inconvenienced having to carry 20 pound boxes through the rain (I could tell by his heavy handed door knocking), and there was, of course, a hole in one of the boxes

I remember a year ago I had to send my welder out for repairs through my welding supply shop. They shipped it out through a shipping company. 350 dollars and a week later it came back all beat up. The plastic trim for the front and rear panels were broke off, the case looked as if though they dropped it a few times, the cooling fan broke off, and quite a few screws broke out or missing.
Welder went right back in the morning and they took care of it for me. I got it back 2 days later, and the welding shop delivered it right to my door. What service!
I learned from that that you have to make anything you ship out durable enough to be dropped off a cliff!
