Creve Couer is a well to do suburb of St Louis. He should be reminded how lucky he is actually, in terms of his neighbors, he probably DOES have a less than nice ride, but in terms of everyone else, he is actually doing fine. I bet 1000 bucks would bring that car back to solid, minus the paint job
