That'* a good looking motor. Though, you'll need to find a B-O-P bellhousing transmission to go behind it...which usually mean an older 3-speed. (possibly a TMH200R4..I think those came in a B-O-P bellhousing)

Color...hmm...best would be Pontiac Engine Blue (baby blue metallic) or body match like you are thinking.

If you are upgrading the carb take a good look at the demon.

if you REALLY plan to spend that much on an engine , i would go through butler performance. they specialize in pontiacs and are WELL KNOWN in the pontiac community for being one of THE BEST companies. heres a link to their site.
