He wasn't my favorite, but he was a good guy. He will definitely be missed. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have Animal Planet

RIP Steve....

"Crikey"! Another Bloke gone down! I swam with real stingrays when I was in the Cayman Islands this past spring. I saw that stinger on their tail. I even touched a few of them but they were tame as the area was a tourist attraction and they are used to human contact since they get fed a lot. But being in the wild is a different story I guess! R.I.P. buddy!

One small consolation is that at least he was doing something he loved instead of being killed in a car accident or illness.

Live by the animal, die by the animal.

Crikey, I too thought that crazy bugger would meet the end by crock not a piece of tail.

I certainly won't miss him. Steve was nuts
Like when he danced his little baby around in a crock den.

He wasn't very smart. Accidents like the one that did him in will always happen but his injury could have been prevented if he was wearing proper protective gear.

The only thing Mr. Darwinian regrets is that he couldn't have been taken out of the gene pool before he had his children. Anyone wanna bet that we haven't seen the end. Wait until that little baby grows and tries to follow in his dad footsteps.
