So... this clerk in jail for murder? That went past self defense when he shot him two more times.

EDIT: I guess he did grab his gun and probably pointed it at him, upon furhter review.

I'm not sure, but I don't think that is real. I don't think that there would be that big of a flare at the end of the gun. It looked set up too. The robber would have been able to shoot the clerk before he reached for the pistol. That, and the pistol just happened to be sitting conviently under the cash-register. IMO it'* fake.

Fake. Watch the clothes. No muzzle blast. Those clothes would be moving, misses would obviously cause visible movement/damage. The whole sequence looks coreographed.

I guess the fact that it was less than two weeks ago should have pointed that out. It wouldn't be on the net so soon. Being evidence and all.

now that i think about, yea probly is fake, if it was real then im sure one fo the two wouldve been smart enough to realize you can shoot through clothes, lol
