You can read a thread not to far from here of a situation of my own. If our goddamn DMV'* took a more aggressive approach of educating drivers and actually taking away the liscnces of people who really should not be driving then things would be ok.(oh they SAY driving is a privlidge and not a right, but they ACT otherwise!)

I mean seriously, there are people, not OLD people but seemingly perfectly normal people like you and I who should not be driving. Namely women. I have YET to encounter or see a good woman driver. Never seen one, never knew one. Sorry. But its just the way it is.

Ok now your going a little far dont you think. sure, men on adverage are better drivers but to say that there are no good women drivers is kinda stupid...

BTW brace yourself for the lashing that you are going to get from the women of this forum

I welcome anyone to take the challenge and prove me otherwise. And yes men are guilty as well but not as much as women. I have NEVER seen a good women driver.

just because you havent seen any good woman drivers or heard of them doesnt mean that there arent any out there. who'* involved in MOST of the drunk driving accidents? guys! now im not saying that women are perfect drivers because they arent but guys tend to be more aggressive!! so to say that women shouldnt be driving and there arent any good women drivers out there you must be crazy. id like to prove you wrong because there is a least one good female driver out there just like there is at least one good male driver out there ( and men are just as guilty as women btw )

Boreas, while I hate to personally go after anyone on anything, I think you are insane to say there are no good women drivers. I've know plenty women who have gone there entire life without a ticket or any type of car crash. I guess first you have to settle what qualify a good driver, so lets hear that because I am willing to prove to you (easily at that) that there is at least one good woman driver (me!).

I'm not arguing, instigating or anything of the such. Thought I'd get this topic back to a good place.

With a laugh

Previous to the bonne, I had a 92 Prelude SI for a short time. During the timeframe, LilSis'* car was in the shop. I lent out the Prelude to her.

Actual phone conversation:
Sis: "blah blah blah blah blah blah blah... and WOW does your car corner REALLY well!"
Me: "What did you do"
Sis: "oh nothing, I forgot there was a curve in the road"
Me: "uh Where"
Sis: Describes the road w/in a mile of the house she'* lived in for 20 years.
Me:
Sis: "I turned the wheel and the car just took the corner...it'* SOOO cool"
Me: "Please be careful"
Sis: "Oh yeah..no problem, I love the remote starter and how fast it is....and it turns really well:
Me:

I assume everyone remembers the reason why Mr. Duckie is in my sig? LilSis ...you wanna tell this one?

Meet my mom. I trust her driving over anybody else'*... She'* not aggressive, but she will stand her ground. 5-10 over for the most part, so she'* no turtle... she speeds more than I do. She can park like a pro too. Not only defying the female stereotype, but also defying the Asian driver stereotype as well. She drives the smaller Altima now, but back then... the Cressida is by no means a small car.

Two words: Insurance Rates

If women were worse drivers than men, then our insurance rates would be higher than yours...not the other way around....I'm not sure if this applies to all age groups, but it is common knowledge that insurance rates for teen boys are higher than for teen girls.

Perhaps the reason you have "never seen a good woman driver yet" is because your Prejudices blind you. I've seen really bad drivers....both genders....old and young....its not what'* in your pants than makes you a good/bad driver...it'* what'* going on upstairs.

I could easily engage in war of words with you or anyone...those who know me, know that the odds are I would "win" if there is such a thing.... But in all reality...Opinions are like ********....we all have them....some of us chose more wisely whom we bare them to..... :o :?
