I've been there. Didn't get any closer than the street, but I really got this erie feeling it was watching me. razysmile: I hadn't even seen the movie at that point. It just felt odd and uncomforting. We rented it to watch after wards.

Pretty much for builders anymore these days, you just need the dimensions, and a pic or drawing of what you want on the outside, and they can do anything.

If I remember right, it didn't have that enclosed porch all the way around.

That doesn't look like that complicated of a house, it is the enclosed porch that gives it the style that it has.

I am sure you can have it built. But location is very important. You would have to find either the right indian burial ground to build upon, or offer it up for a cult sacrifice in the basement.
