Still no reply from our choice for August COTM...... very odd... it'* been days....
Anyways.... I've PM'd our choice for Sept.... we'll see what he/she says....
If they accept the COTM page should be done by midday tomorrow.
If they don't accept I'll just give it to the next person who PM'* me.
........ as if that isn't asking for trouble....

What did you expect, they wake up on the first and pull a choice out of thier ***?? Any "award" is always chosen in advance. Especially when it'* a team decision made by the staff of the organazation in question.
Heck, we're less than a week into the new quarter at work, and we've got the "Employee of the Quarter" narrowed down to 2 alreay. Will have to submit our winner a month from now, and it won't be presented until probably the beginning of November. And we only have about a dozen people to choose from. Compare that to the active members here.....

the system isnt any of my business... i dont choose, so its not my probloem how its done.. i just think that the COTM should be announced at the end of the month and be determined by that month... Thats all i was trying to say. i just figured that since its called COTM it makes sense to do it like i stated, instead of just choosing a car every month based on past posts and whatever else you use to determine a winner...
