If anyone is interested in buying real estate in Costa Rica, my dad is selling 15 pre-sale lots for cheap to cover the cost of development.
The 1 and 1/4 acre lots are worth $150,000 and he'* selling them for $100,000
He also has 2 shares left in the company that'* doing the development. A share costs $100,000 and the projected return in 5 years is just over 400%.

No details on the company? Kinda hard to decide on something like this without more details, especially for that kind of money. Also, where is it located? Costa Rica is a fairly large country.
That being said, if this is legit and I could afford it, I would love to get land there and go back. It is amazing.

Its located on the pacific side of the country near Tambor.
This is legit and if you'd like I could email more info and a couple pics. And I absolutely agree, Costa Rica is amazing.
