point is: you broke the law, got caught, and got a ticket. no, let me restate that. you CHOSE to break the law, got caught, and got a ticket. the cop did his job and was kind enough not to cite you for not having insurance verification in your car.

well im sorry for saying ALL cops..but w.e. i still dont like em and it was dumb as hell that he pulled me over and thats that.
Just cause he had nothing else to do hes gonna pull me over for tints and be an ******* to me saying my car should get towed and blah blah..whatever

i had a tint ticket, and it was witten up as defective equipment (fix it ticket). all i did was have my ticket signed, and no fine.

i guess in michigan they can choose to write it as mine was, or as a vision distraction, which cannot be waived.

how was yours written up? you may have the option to have it waived

Nothing else to do? I can't tell you the number of times I've had a simple violation turn into an arrest or two. In this situation, I can't help but think it all came down to your attitude. Call me crazy.

i would never have an attitude with an officer lol im not that dumb..i did just as he told me and i called him sir so it definitley wasnt my attitude. im just going to pay the bill take my tints off and call it a day
