i liked driving my last car alot, nothing special, just a firebird formula. when i had stock gears, i took it out on a deserted highway at aboot 2:30am up to 152. (6speed ftw) that was kinda scary. couldnt do that when i got 4.10'* in the car, for obvious reasons.

but i drove a c6 corvette 6 speed before it came out on a test track at the carshow in motion stop they did here at the stl. that was fun, so was the goat.(car, not animal )

btw: bonnie94ssei, your sig pic is cool.

'69 Mustang Mach 1 428 Cobra Jet. It was built as a drag car then semi de-modded since its value grew. The only things that were really taken off were the 2 stages of nitrous and the slicks though. The motor was around 450hp and the tire and wheels were stock so it didn't hook for crap. A lot of fun to show off in. I rode in it with the owner who kept encouraging me to step on it. I did a few sideways 2-steps, walkin' it out.

EDIT: For those of you that don't know, this is what a '69 Mach 1 looks like...

I like that Ranchero. I am working on a '66 Mustang coupe right now and my dad has a '68 Mustang coupe. I like the old Fords. What its powering it? My dad'* has the 200 six and my project is a 289. No rare options here except the '66 is an original Pony interior car.

Most of my goodies are listed in my siggy. It has a 60 over 302 Mexican block which has a taller deck, thicker mains, and thicker block altogether. GT40P heads milled .030, a 252H cam, Weiand Xcellerator intake, Holley 600 universal, complete MSD dist and ignition system, mustang shorty headers. It'* backed by a early C-4 with a shift kit and 2000 stall converter. The rear is still the original 8 inch housing but has the later beefed center with more prominent ribs, and Richmond 4.11 posi. It needs a front end rebuild really bad and I just don't have the money or the few special tools to do it right. So for now it is gonna be a garage queen until I decide what to do with it.
