Default Coolant Slow Leak, Oil Sucking a little

I mean the car isnt new. But the coolant is being eaten by then engine. I can tell. It never overheats, so I dont know what caused it. Old rad fluid? And the oil it eats slowly. Not leaks or anything, but sucks it at a slow rate.

Anyways, what should I begin replacing, and how hard is it to do. If its over $500 cdn, im doing it myself.

Do a wet and dry compression check first. The rest is dependent on that. Probably upper/lower intake seals and gaskets. Head gaskets are more than likely not the problem.

check your throttle body gasket that is a possible exit for the coolent. Mine just went at 62,xxx

coolent loss is not always the upper and lower intake problem

Could be steaming out a pinhole in the radiator. Lots of places for leaks to happen... :?
