That was so damn funny!!!

But I have a Mac (for now). Yeah, laugh all you want, but I got it off my brother for free, so I'd be dumb not to take it. Never had problems like that guy in the video, but I've recovered lost files before!

I'm a graphic designer and Macs are basically the 'industry standard.' But once I get more money I'll probably get a PC since I'm more used to them. But I have all the memory I'll ever need on this, for an old computer, as well as any software programs I'll ever need. It'* been pretty good for an old Mac. G4'* are much better. The problem is the high friggin' price. I love their 23" LCD monitors though, but they're also $1200, just for the monitor!

What do you do as a graphic designer? I'm very interested in that field.

Right now I'm freelance and am doing different things for people I know. Basically I'm designing a CD cover and jacket and labels for a friend of mine who raps. I will probably start out at a magazine or newspaper first where I'll most likely design advertisements, layouts of pages, etc., with computer and hand painted illustrations hopefully. I majored in Illustration and can paint. (Check my (temporary) website below my sig) So I'll most likely use Photoshop, Quark, and Illustrator to mix my drawings/paintings with my digital work. It'* pretty fun. Good thing is, even though most graphic artists use Macs, you don't have to obviously.

Looks like the video is already gone, I guess it got too many hits, oh well I should have saved the file on my system.

Cool stuff man. I'm actually interested in automotive design. It incorrperates more drawing on paper, but eventually you have to use photoshop.

I've always loved automobile design!! I would love it if I got a job doing that. I'm about to "design" some of the members Bonnes this week and post 'em here. Should be fun.
