Went down to Gatlinburg on Labor Day weekend (first road trip in the car) and on the way back stopped at a rest area to, ummmm, pee. Came back out, guy and his wife standing next to my Bonnie. He says, what year is this car, I tell him a 2001. He asked what it is, I tell him a Bonneville, and he says that is just about the best looking car he'* ever seen. We start talking about the engines, options etc, and we head on our way. Kind of a pointless story, but just makes you feel good......

I almost thought u were going to say that he was making casual banter WHILE U WERE PEEING I also get complements alot on my SE and it kinda makes me giddy inside.....feels good!!!

Thats cool. It makes you feel good about all the work and effort you put into it. I have had a few compliments while cleaning my Bonne go figure they were from old people, but I'll take it none the less.
