I just washed my car today. It was a be-A-utiful day outside. Nice mild wind, air temp of 66*F. My bonnie loved the attention too. Now I am dreading driving through my muddy driveway to go for a drive (whenever that happens to be). But it'* back into the garage for my bonnie.

Anyone between Lake Michigan and the East Coast (except north of Toronto) doesn't know what a winter is until you only see +40*F (and 45* if you're lucky) on maybe 3-4 occasions between December 10th and March 15th. Right now I'm looking at the thermometer and it'* showing -14*F with a windchill of approx. -37*F -another 5* drop in the windchill factor and both F and C will align.
I'm heading downtown to the bar in 1 hr to meet up with the GF and another friend for some beers -from there we're going to the apartment above the bar to sleep the booze off -all 3 of us have tomorrow off because each of our employers are closing shop tomorrow due to the inclement weather.
Sadly though I only will get paid for half a day and my GF and other friend are getting no pay (they 'chose not to go into work and their employers decided not enough people were gonna show up to make it worth opening for the day).
