Ahhhhhhhhhhh coooooffffffeeeee

.

I feel better now that I've had my first mug. Since it'* the weekend, I think I'll have another one or two.

However, I rarely have coffee straight up, I mix it with hot chocolate and cream, and a teaspoon of honey.

Gotta limit myself when I'm working. Rest areas are few and far between here on the island. So are wide spots on the road.

Just sitting here reading all the comments about coffee drinking......

and just finished my first cup of the morning....my wife and I grind our own beans and usually end up with something, Kona, Java, Peruvian, Jamacian........she takes hers black....mine with cream and sugar.......

Never a diet drink.....Pepsi on the rocks please.

And every energy drink I have ever tried tasted like cold NitQuil.....

The company I currently work for has just eliminated their supply of free coffee and supplies. An effort at cost cutting to save $30,000 a year. They don't care about productivity since they are firing everyone anyway.

It'* an addiction, people .........and it'* legal.

Sooner or later they will discover it causes cancer or so other Medical system drain.

My wife quit a couple of months ago. Woah....that was rough.....headaches, grumpiness and downright misery, for two weeks until the effects wore off.
All is great now.

One thing I've learned this last year is there is something in the diet drinks that makes you eat more.
I quit drinking diet coke....drank it like a fiend for years....and lost 20 lbs.
Oh ya and also quit eating junk food.

At least you can fill out those huge Bonne seats better than me. I slide side to side at least a foot.

I replaced the diet drinks with something better.
