Me and the wife have been on a diet for about a month now and neither of us would still be on if we didnt cheat on the diet weekly. Every sunday is eat whatever we want day. So eating a awesome burger every couple months is the way to go. Hell ive lost about 10lbs in a month and im not starving myself.

To walk off the 100 calories of one of those six strips of bacon, I would have to walk a lot farther than that.......about a 1/2 hour walk

I've seen commercials for Red Robin and they look pretty good.
