KPH are slower then MPH, you should recomend he watch KPH, that will slow him down while still making him think hes going fast

You make an excellent point. Haro, use the KPH numbers. If you notice people passing you, it'* because they are breaking the law and trying to make up for all of the Haro'* you are avoiding.
lets see, in his pile i have, speeding, tint, no proof of insurance, speeding, failure to signal, tint, vision obstruction, tint, tailight tint, following to close, careless driving, non-current insurance, exhibition driving, and a parking ticket for taking 2 stalls...
