I rented one of these from Avis a few weeks ago when I was in Dallas. Walked out to the lot, they said, here is your car. I said ... what the f#$%??? Drove it anyway, just to see what it was like.

oh my i saw one of these a few weeks ago driving around and i thought i was imagining things its horrid its basically a jeep liberty mixed with a pt crusier i mean how could you even design something like that. its like creating a mix of the two cars i pretty much think are the ugliest cars. this is the reason i cry at night. :(

HHR= Heritage High Roof. I don't mind it. I like it better than other things like say Avalanche, rendezvous, and aztek.

Is that really for the US market? I seriously thought that it was for some weird eastern country where they're all cross-eyed or something like that. It is seriously the ugliest thing I have ever seen. Someone get a picture of a wrecked one, that is the only way I will be able to sleep, It will look better.

Looks like a PT on steroids. I'm not too fond of the looks either.

I like it. Can be underpowered with the 2.2, but the 2.4 engine makes decent power. Doesn't have the gearing issues like the PT so gas mileage is better as well. I like it, but feel it would have been better in the Trailblazer size as that is about the size of the original High-roofs. Tail lights are eh, but the rest is cool with me. waiting for a comparisson test though. My dad hasn't brought one home from his work yet for me to testdrive.
