around here thats a steal.. although we pay 725 for a LARGE 3 bedroom, but it needs alot if work and my girlfirend ahs lived here for a few years so its cheap. most 2 bedrooms around this area are 1000-1200 for anything decent.

Yea rent'* not too bad, come next month there will be people living upstairs in teh actual house. this apartment is in the basement. but untill then we enjoy being loud and roudy!
