Growing private company located in Bath is seeking a self sufficient night shift supervisor/crew leader to travel to various grocery stores in order to monitor crews of 2-3 people. Must be willing to travel 2 and a half hours between locations and must own a cell phone. However, crew leader will be reimbursed for mileage and will be reimbursed $20/month for very minimal cell phone useage. Crew leader is only required to use cell when checking in employees. After 1.5 years employee will be able to use company car for this position. Great opportunity to enjoy alone time and interact with others at the same time. Benefits and vacation pat offered. i can drive all night and get to listen to my radio and use my gps to get around and the best part is all the sight seeing and i can have a friend in the car with me.... this is awsome.. i hope i get it.......... then i will only do flooring on the weekends as its back breaking work to do all week long but its what ever pays the bills..

I would find out what you will be paid for mileage, the going rate in Ontario if 40 cents per kilometer. The cell phone usuage rate is to there advantage since there may be long distance charges that apply, plus they don't get locked into a cell phone contract, no roaming charges etc. I would find out whether you get paid travelling time. As about overtime pay, in other words is it salary or hourly rate.
I'm curious as to why you have to wait 1.5 years before being eligible for a company car. That happened at another company a friend was hired for and the reason being is that the employee turnover for that possition was that particular length of time, therefore no one ever got a company car.
