If I was the driver of the BMW, I would hold the city/county at fault because of that. I am surprised more cars didn't try to go to the right.

What I don't understand is how I think someone told the DOT worker that the arrow was on wrong, he looks at it and then walks. Then he takes his time to go to the truck but never change the sign.

Thats another thing, the roads could have been salted as you can see spray on the wheels of the tires but at the same time they are on a bridge. They could have put more salt on the brigde siince they are the ones that freeze up the most and underpasses.
