I plead the fifth, but blame it on the meds.

I need to quit too. I was hospitalized a few years ago for a week for some medical issues and quit because I had no choice in there, they gave me the nicorette inhaler and the nicorette patch. Seemed to work great and I didn't have much of an issue. When I got I started smoking after about 2 weeks and haven't quit since. Talked to my doctor recently and she said use the patch to start, and even double up on it if need be. If that didn't work she could prescribe some medication. I'm already on some other medication so I'm a bit nervous of it interfering with that which would be a nightmare.

Plan on doing it soon, haven't set an actual quit date or anything yet, if I'm not ready yet there'* no use trying because it'* not gonna work lol.

Shaun,

Best wishes on quitting. My Wife has done some research on quitting smoking, and nicotine is a most addictive substance. We are all in support of you, make it happen!!!! It may be super tough, but so well worth it,

My mom quit smoking with chantix she got lucky and had only the strange dream side effect. I think she did 3 weeks of it before she went off the meds she hasn't lit up since June

That'* good to hear Jacob! I would rather have the weird dreams over any of the other symptoms.
