My wife got a new cellphone, an LG CU400 and she wants to backup her data as well as transfer in some ringtones & pictures from the PC. I've never done this with a cellphone but I did order the cable. Is there any freeware software to do this?

I'm always paranoid about about downloading anything thats *free*, seems like 99% of it is just trying to load spyware or viri.
