cccoooooooooolllldddddd!!!!
Eh, you'll get used to it. When it got up to -5 on Sunday I thought it was nice out.
Negative temps aren't bad, it'* when it gets windy that makes things unbearable.
After a few solid weeks of sub-zero temps you won't notice it anymore.

Wind chill was -20 here last night. And guess what... my shower pipes are located under the addition to the house....the part without a cellar and just a crawl space....the part that is obviously not so well insulated. I get up this morning...hot water pipe is froze. Not the cold, mind you...just the hot.
I was NOT happy to have to "bath" in the kitchen sink in order to get ready for work. Unfroze it using a portable electric heater set on the wall where the ductwork goes into the crawl space area. Needless to say, I'm not taking a chance tonight...yes...I left the water lines running a wee bit....it should do the trick....but I took a shower tonight just in case.
