I built a Jacobs' Ladder to get my mind off other things today, Took about an hour. The whole time I was messing with it the cats were all around sniffing everything and basically getting in my way. I kept telling tham they didn't want to play with it, So of course I built a little plexiglass cage around it so they couldn't touch it. By the time I got that done they had become comfortable with sitting on my work bench and one of them started to take a nap. Then I got done wiring up the switch. Yee-Haw, It was time to test'er out. I switched that bad boy on and BUZZZZZZZZZZ!!! The electricity shot between the points and climbed fast as heck. Oddly enough, I'm guessing this must be a disturbing sight to a cat... They all ran, two fell on the floor when they jumped straight up, Killer ran smack dab into the door, The other kitten jumped and smacked the heck out of his head on the shelf about 2ft above the workbench, Then did that little cartoon style burnout where they run in place as he threw papers, then finally got good traction and shot out of the shed. And none of them will come near me.... I love it. I'm STILL laughing.

Go get a kitten, They're fun.

Couple of my freinds came over, I showed it to them, They're funnier than the cats. I thought they would have seen one before.... Heh.

Jacob'* ladder'* are fun as hell....especially to give to your g/f'* dad on his b-day...lmao....think he'* still scrubbing them pants....ahaha....didn't tell him what it did, me and my g/f knew (It was her idea to give it to her dad lol) what it did, because she was takin a nap and I hit the switch.....She flew through the roof, of course I did too shortly after when she landed and kicked my ***. hehehe But we gave it too him....set it up, and he'* like "what is it?" we told him it was a jacob'* ladder (Never heard of it,) but we made some excuse of what it was "supposed" to do, so I set it back up, told him to hit the switch as me and my g/f get ready to **** ourselves with laughter....Trust me, her whole family acted like you cats. Minus the running into the door,....lol
