Damn you Tracy, now I'll think of him during it too.

Heard Billy Ray Cirus "All Gave Some, Some Gave All" today, I always get a little misty eyed during it with my own family that has died in the service, but today it hit a little bit harder

I'm not going to try and start anything, but in memory of Chad I have to say this, because me and him would have gotten in an argument about it Yeah, it is stupid we spend billions going into space, but the same people that say we should invest more in armor are some of the same people who criticize how much we are spending on the war. Political views aside, you can't have it both ways. We are in it, we can't change that now.

Chad'* a real hero in my book. We had our disagreements, but I was never mad at him and I don't think he ever disliked me. I have utmost respect for anyone who goes over there. I know talk is cheap, but I wish I could go help finish what Chad was involved in...but it would kill my mother and I couldn't do that to her. Hats off....

Just watched the video again (and had to leave a comment). Brought up memories of friends I lost in Desert Storm.

Now I gotta go wipe my nose and grab a smoke.....

Sorry Logan, I wasn't trying to start anything either. You said it best bro, we are in it, and there'* nothing we can do to change it. The best we can hope for is to learn from mistakes.

Chad, you had balls bro, getting behind the wheel knowing there was crap for protection. And yet you did it because you believed it was right and you wanted to.
