Carbon cleaning...as in using seafoam? Anything that can safely clean excess carbon build-up will improve mileage.

Big red thing?

Well it will clean it but not spotlessly. Just fill it up and add a can every 6 months to 1 year and it help keep it cleaner and resulting in better mileage meaning more money in your pocking adding u can buy BEER!

That method is more along the lines of furl injector cleaning. There'll be instructions on the can for top end cleaning.

Basically you let about 3/4 of the can get succked into a vacuum line, Usually the brake booster line, while the engine is running (obviously) Use care not to stall the engine until you get near the 3/4 mark then let it stall by sucking in too much at once. Let it sit, 5,10, 15 minutes (I forget how long) reconnect he vacuum line then start it up. Heres where the fun starts sit back and watch the entertainment. LOL

if youu really want to see it, youtube seafoam, I'm sure theres got to be a few videos of it.
