BUT....
AMC DID use GM corporate steering columns in much of their lineup.
AMC DID use the 2.5L 4-banger after 1981, sourced from GM.
and...that'* about it I think.
EDIT - Oh yeah...GM door, trunk, and glovebox locks were used too.

I still have a soft spot for those old woodgrain steering wheels
pacers look like fishbowls on wheels
