Welp, by tomorrow morning, I should be doing triple Lindys off of my top step into the basemant. Yep... that'* right. My general contractor, Mother nature, has been working feverishly to complete the project. We're in the filling phase right now.

Make sure the kids bikes are out of the way before you make that first plunge.

Yea it'* that bad. It was coming in way too fast for the Shop Vac to keep up so we decided to go to bed and worry about it later. Unfortunately, later is now so I have to put my swimmies on and start the clean up.

There was up to 3" of water in certain low spots when we went to bed and it was still coming down HARD. I'll bet that the water level increased some before it finally came to a stop. I'm a little pissed cause I spent a few hours yesterday organizing all of the Bonne parts. I had a decent sized box full of electronics that is soaked now. I really have no way of telling of the electronics are good or not.

I think mother nature is making up for the lack of it during the summer.

Congrats on the swimming pool...of course, now your whole yard has the potential to become one. This rain is killing me. I live in Keene, and it looks like the water is coming right back up like it did on Sunday. I may be swimming home after work. :?

LMAO Me too. I read the first post too fast and missed the "mother nature" line entirely. I though you were seriously getting an indoor pool! I am so dense sometimes.

*Sigh* I should learn not to post when I just woke up. :goodmorning:
