Yeah, I think it all depends upon the PHP coding.
On my other forum I had the green bouncy guy to and my "title" was "Anyone in the town wanna bounce around?"
Only mods could change the title....like here apparently.

One board i used to frequent about 3 years ago had it open to whatever u wanted if you were above 500 posts. It still had to be clean and stuff.
Permant ones are also given for good or bad actions on a few i go to. It'* a great touch IMO.
I think ClubGP will do a custom one for $5 as a server donation. Great idea as well.

I believe there was a little spare time and he lost his rankings and earned a few explainations of what F.O.R.D. stands for.
There were some good ones. And I think it started by him becoming Ford Boy
