I just posted something similar in the I'm so old thread, but....

The live action Transformers...

More infor, and a nice gallery at http://www.autoblog.com/2007/03/14/t...sed-by-studio/

I can't wait for this movie! I used to watch Transformers with my son when he was little. Kind of scarey how old that makes me feel, since he is now in the USAF....

I love(d) transformers had about a million toys when I was a youngster (I miss the 80'*) Starscream was by far my favorite, I might just have to go out and see this film.

Make that five guys.

Seems like the movie aged with the fan base quite a bit. I guess its fitting that Starscream gets to be the F-22 in this day and age since the F-22 is replacing the F-15 that the original Starscream was based from.

But Bumblebee? C'mon....I could see Hotrod being the Camaro, maybe Bumble shoulda been a Sunfire or even a G5.

Optimus should have stayed a COE. The reason why he is now a longnose makes sense: a COE would be hard to transform and keep all the parts to scale. With a longnose, they can fit a few more parts and expand the sequence a bit.

Hmmm...per chance, are they even going to bring the Ark into this?
