i was driving home from rochester, and i could have sworn i saw a 99ish black bonni with chrome swoopies and window tint, and im pretty sure it had a bvc sticker in the window, i was goin down I-90 in new york.....anyone? they were in the other lane so im not so sure....

99ish with swoopies would be BillBoost. I don't think anyone else on the east coast has the combo.
