Default Bye Grandma.

Earlier today My grandma Lucy passed away from lung cancer at 75.

Today after I got off McWork I got a voicemail that her health was rapidly deteiroirating and that I need to come down. I was able to spend some time and talk to her before she passed a few hours later. I'm comforted a bit that all her pain is gone and she is at peace now. But that doesn't make it and more realistic that my granny is gone :'(. At least I was able to spend 1 more time with her.

I'll miss u :'(

My condolences…
I had the very same happen to my Grandfather last weekend. He had been my father figure since I was little and I spent all last weekend with him. I was right at his side when he took his last breath and joined the good Lord.

Im Glad you got you time with her, And am sorry to hear of the loss.

One of my Biggest regrets in life was not going bed side to my grandmother when she was in the hospital. I just couldnt bring myself to see her in the state she was in... For anyone else reading this. Make sure you DO go, dont be a wuss like I was, yo uWILL regret it!

Very true Peter. It was very hard for me to sit next to my Grandfather and watch him die but after it all I'm glad I was there. I'm sure he was happy I was by his side in his last moments; even if he couldn't tell me. Not to mention what the few of us saw and experienced in the very few minutes before he passed. It really was a life changing experience to say the least.
