IMHO, don't narrow the list down too fast. Say you are looking for a GA, look at all N bodies. Then get a solid list of cars, and narrow them down through the phone. Call and ask the dooming questions: any accidents? how many miles? optional equipment (I called on a cav that didn't have ANYTHING, what car doesn't come with PW, PL, A/C, and CD? Apparently they still make cars like that :?: :?: :?: ) Stuff like that. Oh, if you don't smoke, make sure you ask if the car was ever smoked in.
