I am glad you don't use it as a crutch or excuse. There is a 12yr old boy living down the street, single mom, no dad. He is a terror! steals, lies, smokes, drinks, kills animals, then him and his mom will both say that he cant help it because he has ADHD! I went to his mother with a problem once and she had the actual gall to say" Yes it would be better, but he has ADHD and can't help the way he acts." I nodded and said "well he can STILL be taught right from wrong" and walked away. Law enforcment is well aware of the problem. They are just waiting for him to step over the legal line. He was already in once for stealing a neighbors truck...at age 11. His mother and uncle were sitting on the porch cheering him on as he was breaking the column, in broad daylight! no less!. He wasnt successful, as the neighbors called the police, stopped it and his mother then denied cheering him on.

Some people should be sterilized upon puberty.
