OOOOO.....I have a topic to write about this. We have a few at my work (Buick GMC dealer) all w/ the northstar.

My conclusions about seeing and driving a Lucerne.

Rear end : New VW Passat
Front : Ford Five hundred
Mid: Mecury Sable

Therefore

Buick Lucerne = 1/3Passat + 1/2Fivehundred + 1/3sable.

It'* a very comfortable and luxurious car, I just don't think the exterior is unique enough. It'* pretty peppy with the northstar.

Here is what I was talking about:
Lucerne rear:

VW Passat rear:

Lucerne front:

Five Hundred front:

Not trying to GM bash, it'* a very nice car.

Repins: 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3 = 1

Logan...I broke pyrex before...be careful with it..lol (yeah..your sis was around..I think she caused it)

Good looking car... heated washer fluid eh? If you first started the car and hit them...they'd probably still be cool/cold. Either way, if you've ever tryied to defrost your window with washer fluid and had them already stuck or under too much snow. A wiper transmission is not a cool thing to break either.

subaru forester has a nice feature...a pair of THICK heating elements are built into the windshield right where the wipers sit when in their resting position. nice feature...works welll...and literally eliminates ice buildup. oh yeah....i love the new buick! nice car!
