Wings remind me of when I cooked Chili competitively (that there'* a hard word to spell). I like a good bit of bite, but there'* a point where it'* too hot to even taste it. At that point, why bother? I eat to enjoy, not to settle dares or impress anyone.

Damn you all...lol I just had to look at the menu and now Im hungry.

Im partial to sweet BBQ or Honey BBQ from Applebees. I did try blazin once on a dare, but that ended up being a three beer affair for three wings.

I like hot, but usually stop before 3-alarm wings and such. No blue chees or ranch dressing, that just calms the fire. Beer...OK.

Regular Hot at Winghouse or Hooters is just medium to me, so ratchet it up one level...
